Delete your NextBook account

In the app

1. Open NextBook on your iPhone or Android phone and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm.

The account is deleted right away, and stops working on your other devices.

Without the app

Email privacy@getnextbook.com from the address you signed in with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What's deleted

• Your profile, handle and profile photo.
• Your shelves, ratings, reviews, notes, reads and reading sessions.
• Your imports, searches, Ask NextBook history, scans and book requests.
• Your follows, followers, reactions and invites.
• Your devices and notification settings.
• Your sign-in identity with us. If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke NextBook's access to your Apple ID.

What's kept

• Your account ID and the time it was deleted, so the account can't be recreated by mistake.
• Usage and cost records of our service providers, with your account ID removed.

Deletion can't be undone. To use NextBook again, sign up for a new account.
